In the fall of 1982, KUNDERMAN was working at a gas station in Banff, Alberta, when he told friends he had secured work as a roadie with musician Eric Clapton’s band and would be travelling to Vancouver. In October of 1982, KUNDERMAN called his mother from Vancouver and told her he’d be travelling to Los Angeles to go on tour with the band. KUNDERMAN’s last known contact with his family was in late December of 1982, when he called his mother from an unknown location and told her he was still with the band. He has not been heard from since. To date, investigators have not been able to corroborate the information that KUNDERMAN had, in fact, been working for Eric Clapton’s band at the time of his disappearance.
