James was last seen at the House of Daniel Youth Shelter located at 2360 SE Marine Dr. He left the shelter, leaving all of his belongings behind, and has not been seen since. Please contact the VPD Missing Persons Unit with any information.
At the time of the missing report he was 5’8″ tall, approximately 140 lbs, and had dark hair with blue/green eyes.
