Richard was last seen leaving a hotel on the west side of Vancouver. He had made comments about committing suicide prior to being reported missing. He has not been found and is still listed as a missing person.
Caucasian male, 5’10” tall and 165 lbs. He was last seen wearing a dark leather jacket, dark pants (possibly jeans) and dark dress shoes.
